Seafood Salad

  • 1/4 cup imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup fresh shrimp, uncooked
  • 3 cups romain lettuce
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, cut in small chunks
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 an avocado, sliced
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1 tspn cajun spice
  • 1 tblsn olive oil

Shred romain lettuce. Top with shrimp, crab, cucumber, avocado and mushroom. 
Sprinkle pepper and cajun spice over the top.
Drizzle with olive oil.
