Soy Cheese Veggie Pizza

  • Pre-made herb pizza dough from Trader Joe’s (I seriously can’t make anything better than this from scratch!)
  • 12 oz shredded soy cheese (I got mine at Trader Joe’)
  • 1 can of pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s
  • 1/4 cup yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/4 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • Italian chicken sausage, cooked
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced


Take pizza dough out of bag and place on a floured surface. Let sit for 15 minutes. (This is the perfect time to begin to let your wine air as well!)

Preheat oven to 350.

Stretch pizza dough out on cookie sheet. coat in pizza sauce. Sprinkle generously with cheese.

Top with veggies and sausage.

Place in oven and let cook for 15-20 minutes or until dough edges brown and cheese is nice and melted.
