  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Cut the zucchini and squash to about a 1/4 inch thick.zucchini and squash medley

Heat olive oil in large skillet. Cook zucchini and squash for 10 minutes or until softened slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot and enjoy.
